Traditional waterproofing methods — polyurethane foams, epoxies, crystalline coatings — share a critical limitation: they need a dry surface or only react before water arrives. The moment a structure develops an active leak under pressure, those methods fail.
Injected directly into a leaking crack at controlled pressure between 2 and 200 bar, the gel actively displaces water as it travels through the substrate. It then bonds at the molecular level with the concrete itself, forming a permanent, flexible barrier that fills micro-fissures, capillary networks, and voids invisible to other methods.
Because the bond is mineral-to-mineral, the seal is not a coating — it becomes part of the structure. There is no risk of peeling, bubbling, or UV degradation. The gel remains stable from -25°C to +100°C, resists aggressive groundwater and chemicals, and operates within concrete that has cohesion strength as low as 1.5 N/mm².
