Michael leads Euras Technology’s U.S. division, representing the company with customers, partners, and capital providers while building the go-to-market and delivery engine across the States. He stands up regional partnerships with contractors and distributors, oversees project delivery and service quality, and manages U.S. P&L, hiring, and compliance. With 25+ years in finance, accounting, tax, and corporate audit—including roles at Arthur Andersen and leadership of outsourced CFO firms—Michael brings disciplined governance to a fast-growing operation. He is adept at structuring and supporting project financing (bank loans, credit lines, convertible debentures, equity and other non-traditional structures) and has deep experience across M&A and due-diligence engagements. That blend of commercial focus and financial rigor allows him to move quickly with customers while keeping controls tight and reporting on time. Previously COO of CFO Squad and Founder/President of BEE, Inc., Michael has also served as CEO and CFO for public companies. At Euras, he is the senior point of contact in the U.S., responsible for market development, partner success, and reliable, audit-ready execution.
