David leads Euras Technology’s financial strategy and day-to-day rigor. He owns budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow and treasury, and the monthly close, turning project data into clear insights that drive decisions. A hands-on CFO, he builds scalable controls—policy, approvals, and audit-ready documentation—while strengthening core cycles (P2P, O2C, payroll). In a project-driven business, David focuses on job costing, WIP reporting, and revenue recognition for long-cycle work, partnering closely with operations to protect margin and accelerate billing. He negotiates supplier terms, oversees capex planning, and manages banking and funding relationships to support growth with discipline. David also streamlines finance systems—improving data quality, automation, and reporting—so project leads and executives see the same numbers, in real time. His remit includes cross-border compliance (including VAT), risk management, and board-level reporting. Across the company, he trains non-finance managers on unit economics and project controls so teams can quote, deliver, and reconcile with confidence. The result: reliable forecasts, tighter working capital, and leak-free execution—financially and in the field.
